1 Coupon Purchases & Digital Products

All coupon purchases made on UMCA Studio are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy applies to all digital products, vouchers, and promotional coupons. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where a verified technical error occurs during the transaction process, resulting in incorrect charges or failed delivery of purchased items.
Important Note:

Please ensure you review all coupon details, terms, and expiry dates before completing your purchase, as digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

2 Failed Transactions & Payment Issues

In cases of payment failures, double deductions, or unauthorized charges, users must report the issue within 48 hours of the transaction date. Our support team will investigate all reported issues thoroughly. Once verified and approved, refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7 working days from the date of verification.
Timeline for Refund Process:

Report within 48 hours → Investigation (2-3 days) → Approval → Refund Processing (7 working days)

3 Service Activation & Cancellation

Once any service, coupon, or digital product is successfully activated or used, cancellation and subsequent refunds are strictly not permitted. This includes partially used services, activated coupons, or downloaded digital content. We encourage users to carefully review all service details and terms before activation to avoid any inconvenience.
Before Activation:

Users have a limited window to cancel unused services before activation. Contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel an unactivated service.
